Payment for services is due according to the schedule agreed upon during initial consultation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Late payments may result in suspension of services. Outstanding balances may be subject to interest charges or collection efforts if not resolved promptly.

In the event of a pet emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet. You agree to be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred. We will use the veterinary clinic you designate or, if unavailable, the nearest appropriate facility.
If you provide us with keys or access codes to your home, we will maintain them securely. Keys will be labeled with a code rather than your address. We will not share access information with unauthorized parties. You may request return of keys at any time.
As part of our service, we provide photo updates of your pet. By using our services, you grant us permission to photograph your pet during care visits. We may use these photos for service documentation and, with your explicit consent, for marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing use at any time.
All content on the Service Care Team website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Service Care Team or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Service Care Team regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
